About Us

Meet Paul
A Coach Who Gets It

I wasn’t always into fitness. Like many busy parents, I struggled with time, motivation, and confidence. Running helped me quit smoking, but lifting weights changed everything — not just physically, but mentally too.

Now, as a nationally ranked Weightlifter with multiple Scottish records, I coach people who feel the same way I once did: busy, unsure, and wanting results without wasting hours in the gym. My mission is simple — help you feel stronger, fitter, and more confident with training that’s effective, supportive, and tailored to you.
